Spass mit dem Microsoft Online Services (MSOL) Support

Subject: can’t create info@mydomain.com

Hi,

when I try to create this distribution list, I get the error:
This e-mail address is already in use.
But it is definetily not!! info@otherdomain.de is the only distribution list I have created.

Concerning your service request 100330-000098 regarding creating distribution list, I wanted to know what  is the Display name and what is E-mail alias for the new distribution list. And under what domain are you trying to add this distribution list?

Please update the Service Request in the Microsoft Online Administration Center if you have any questions.
